Streak not counting?
Log a workout before midnight each day. Multiple workouts on the same day count as one streak day.
Watch app not syncing?
Open CircuitX on iPhone first, then open it on Watch. Both need to be on the same iCloud account.
Streak Shields
Shields are earned through milestones. Once active, they automatically protect your streak on rest days.
Manage subscription
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel, pause, or switch your CxMAXX plan anytime.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my CxMAXX subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap CircuitX → tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. CircuitX does not handle billing directly — all subscriptions are managed by Apple.
Will I be charged after the free trial?
Yes. After your 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically renews at the price you selected ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime through the App Store — no charge is made during the trial period.
Why isn't my streak updating?
Your streak increments once per calendar day when you complete a workout. Logging multiple workouts in one day counts as one streak day. If your streak hasn't updated, make sure you've tapped Finish Workout (not just paused), and that your device clock is correct.
My Apple Watch isn't showing the app. What do I do?
Open the Watch app on iPhone → scroll to CircuitX → toggle Show App on Apple Watch on. If it's already on, try toggling it off and on again. Both your iPhone and Watch need to be on the same Apple ID and connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
All your workout data is stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. CircuitX does not have access to your data — it lives entirely in your iCloud. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach uses your workout history, current level, streaks, and goals to give personalised feedback. It's powered by a third-party AI service. Responses are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only — they are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
Can I use CircuitX without an internet connection?
Yes. You can log workouts, view history, and track progress entirely offline. AI Coach and iCloud sync require an internet connection. Your data will sync automatically when you reconnect.
How do I delete my account or data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete All Data in the app. This removes all local data from your device. To remove iCloud data, go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete CircuitX data from there. Note: this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
