Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CircuitX. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CircuitX.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CircuitX mobile application ("App") developed by CircuitX ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms.
CircuitX is a fitness tracking and coaching application available on iOS and watchOS. The App provides workout tracking, AI-generated fitness coaching, gamification features (XP, levels, streaks, badges), social features, and optional premium subscription features ("CxMaxx").
CircuitX does not require a traditional username/password account. Your data is tied to your Apple ID and iCloud account. You are responsible for:
CircuitX offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called CxMaxx, which unlocks premium features including advanced AI coaching, smart trainer, deep analytics, structured plans, and streak shields.
Subscription Terms
• Monthly plan: $9.99 USD per month
• Yearly plan: $59.99 USD per year (billed annually)
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CircuitX.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple. CircuitX does not have access to your payment information.
The AI Coach feature provides AI-generated fitness recommendations and responses for informational and motivational purposes only. This content:
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or disability. Use of the AI Coach is at your own risk.
CircuitX may request access to Apple Health data including step count, heart rate, active energy, and workout sessions. Granting this access is optional. Health data is used only to enhance your in-app experience and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties for advertising.
You agree not to:
All content in CircuitX — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, icons, text, AI-generated content, workout structures, and code — is owned by or licensed to CircuitX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
Your personal workout data (routines you create, sessions you log) belongs to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CircuitX at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the App. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
CircuitX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CircuitX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury resulting from fitness activities.
Physical activity involves risk of injury. Always exercise within your limits and consult a doctor before starting a new fitness programme.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CircuitX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
CircuitX is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the App Store.
